Members Application
for
California Trade Life Ministries,
A Faith-Based Private Member Association
Named Missions/Ministries:
California Trade Life Ministries – temporary, and by invite-only physical meeting space, (location to be determined), and CaliforniaTrade.org (and associated websites)
By joining California Trade Life Ministries, and/or any Social Media Group started by, created by, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of California Trade Life Ministries Agreement as follows.
WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada. This means that our association activities are restricted to the private domain only.
My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.
I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that, as an Association member I am joining in the capacity of a private member and not the capacity to represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate Association business or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. I further acknowledge and agree that the Biven’s Decision is in effect for all Association platforms and Association activities such as member activities, exchanges, communications, meetings, and events. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate being a member in this association at any time, and that my member participation can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my member participation in The Association.
I agree this offer to contract began on the date that I submitted my application/request to join California Trade Life Ministries, or any other Association/Association social media groups/websites/platforms, designated within the Association bylaws. I declare that by joining this Association(s)/the Associations social media groups/websites/platforms, I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand and agree with it, and I accept the offer made to apply to become a member of the Association.
I understand that I may be given temporary member access to the Associations/Association social media groups/websites/platforms which may include the ability to exchange purchase products/services. I acknowledge that upon checkout, the amount will include a two percent (2%) fee (which is in addition to the banking and transaction fees) in exchange for, and in consideration for my temporary member participation. The 2% fee may be changed any time by a majority vote of the board of directors.
Should I decide to request changing from a temporary member to an ongoing member of the Association’s trade platform-website(s) (e.g, such as CaliforniaTrade.org), I acknowledge and agree to the initial member screening fee, a sum of $35.00 in exchange, and in consideration of the Association screening my application to become an ongoing member. I agree to pay the fee at the time of my request (via the CaliforniaTrade.org member platform). If the application is accepted, the screening fee covers the one-time initial lifetime member fee. I further understand that if my application is rejected, the screening fee is non-refundable. Although, the Association may, at its sole discretion, choose to refund the fee.
I understand that the Association at its sole discretion may from time-to-time revise or update its member application contract. I further agree to regularly check the Associations website(s) for the most up-to-date contract which, will reflect any changes.
By these presents I do hereby certify, attest and warrant that I have carefully read the above and foregoing contractual application to become a member, and fully understand and agree with the same.
Should I, at any time, as a member, disagree with any part of this statement, I will immediately provide written notice terminating my member contract with the Association.
