Generally speaking, PMA stands for Private Member Association, or Private Ministerial Association. Private people in the private domain have the right to associate, contract, (and as applicable, worship), with each other without government permission. A PMA has a private-domain governing body and comes in many forms. 

The PMA is a place where free minded members can exercise their inalienable rights and constitutionally protected freedoms of speech, religion and assembly protected by the first, fourth, fifth, ninth, tenth, and fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution.

Provide a space where men and women (members) can direct their son’s and daughters education in line with their faith without interference from the government, protected by our US Constitution and upheld by case law, Pierce v Society of Sisters (1925):

“…the fundamental liberty upon which all governments in this Union repose excludes any general power of the State to standardize its children by forcing them to accept instruction from public teachers only.”

Provide a space where members can assemble without regard to their medical status related to government imposed injections.

Provide a safe place where members can assemble where breathing is free, and unrestricted, where no masks are required.

A Faith-Based PMA based upon a faith in Nature and Natures God with all protections afforded by the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, The Constitutions of the United States, the Canadian Charter of Rights, and by law.

Provide educational materials on our strongly held belief in the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, on health, wellness, politics and humanitarian issues that assist us in living in a free society, unimpeded by government overreach, in service to others.

To maintain an environment for the Association to provide all manner of information, goods, services and activities (including the right of self-determination, home schooling, choice of suppliers of products and/or services, choice of lifestyle, food, drink and any right or freedom that does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of others or is a threat), consistent with the beliefs and philosophies of the Association, which may be deemed beneficial to the Association and its members by the Association, as a private contractual matter and to conduct any manner of private contractual business within the private domain as seen fit by the Association.

To allow the Private Association and all Private Association members a platform in which to conduct all manner of private contractual exchanges with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all exchanges in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Constitution(s) to conduct exchanges in private.

This Association is founded to reconnect people to creation; teaching our strong belief that the body was designed perfectly to heal by properly using all of creation as food and medicine. The Association/association members shall teach (write, publish, in person), make and sell supplements and functional food products, grow functional food and remedies, produce online education, connect farmer members/trade members to members who want fresh food, counsel on personal health matters, educate children (homeschool and offer classes to local children), provide agritourism, members clubhouse and in-person shopping, and host field-to-table dinners.

Provide and share, all lawful services, procedures, advice, counsel, and tips and any other information or services which may be deemed beneficial to Association members by the Association founders and freely share, discuss, and talk about, obtain, exchange, view, and/or use information and services by members of the Association while keeping all business within the private domain.

Yes! CaliforniaTrade.org is creating a safe and wholesome place, where free men and women and their offspring can exchange items with other like-minded people. 

The Association reserves the right to refuse any member application/contract (or rescind it), and the Association does so at it ‘s sole discretion via the review team and/or Tribunal team. Learn more here>>

The PMA offers a marketplace where free men and women can exchange their (products and service) offerings, and/or exchange (purchase) items including but not limited to: produce/food, clothing, shelter, local work/trade opportunities, local skilled tradesmen/tradeswomen services, homeschooling, private dining clubs, and much more! 

What’s more, The PMA and its members offer education via online content, online resources/classes (on-demand and livestreams), including local classes, and local summit gatherings. Topics include law, critical-thinking, sustainable living, food/water storage, exiting the matrix, participating in the parallel economy, wealth protection, vibrant health and more.

For people who shop in the Association marketplace and upon checkout, those exchanges will include a two percent (2%) fee to California Trade Life Foundation as consideration for temporary member participation in addition to the .30 cent flat fee and (2.9%) fee charged by our payment processor, Stripe.

Should a member decide to request changing from a temporary member to an ongoing member of the Association marketplace we ask a $35.00 USD gift as consideration for an initial one-time lifetime member application contract.

At this time the Association chooses to waive any monthly member fees (still in effect as of March 2023). Which, may be reinstated at a later time and only after providing and posting notification(s) to the members.

When one becomes a member (have signed up and has a member account), the member participation is extended to minor sons and daughters, and grandsons and granddaughters (whether born or adopted) who domicile (live) in the same place.

Children of members, not yet reaching the age of reason, shall be deemed as beneficial members of this Association with the written consent of their member Father, Mother, or guardian(s) and the Association.

Otherwise, minors who have not yet reached the age of reason (21 years old) who do not have a sponsor member (e.g., their Father, Mother, or guardian(s) are members), they will not be approved to become a member without the adult sponsor.

You do. While the PMA marketplace does provide some initial verification of our Featured Members and their product/service offerings, and as stated in our Member application/contract, it’s ultimately up to the members to do their own research, verification, and vetting regarding any offerings as to their safety, effectiveness, quality, and other characteristics ahead of making any exchanges/purchases.  Also, please read, ‘Avoiding Scams.’

Reach out to the seller/vendor and attempt to work out the issue directly with them. Everyone deserves an opportunity to resolve issues surrounding an exchange (transaction).

If that doesn’t work to resolve the issue, bring two or more witnesses to the conversation with the vendor. Such as privately asking other PMA members to be witnesses for a meeting/conference with the vendor to attempt resolution.

Once you have exhausted attempts to resolve issues directly with the other party to no avail, simply bring the matter (including your facts, declaration of truth, and/or your notes/evidence) to the PMA (contact us). The PMA tribunal team will take a closer look at the matter and work with the parties with the goal of resolving the matter, providing accountability of the parties to help all to stay in honor, and/or any other action as the tribunal deems appropriate.
